- An initial session to really get to know who you are at the deepest level. What your goals are and your history.
- A personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan to get you started toward your health and wellness journey.
- A you-paced workout inspired by our functional strength & conditioning exercises
- Pre- and post-workout nutrition to help optimize performance and improve recovery
- Training at the Speed of Sport using a combination of The Health Club Looped and Handle Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls, and bodyweight exercises to get a full body HIIT workout
- Form-focused instruction with an emphasis on activating and engaging key muscle groups
